We may collect payment-method and transaction information needed to complete an order. Many orders are fulfilled through Cash on Delivery. When a third-party payment provider processes a payment, that provider handles the sensitive payment credentials under its own privacy and security practices. We do not intentionally store complete bank-card details on our website.

4. Google Ads API and Internal Advertising Tool

Manarah Academy uses an internal tool called Manarah Google Ads Operator to manage and optimize Google Ads accounts owned or directly operated by Manarah Academy.

The tool may process Google Ads account information such as:

• Campaign, budget, ad group, advertisement, keyword, and targeting information.
• Impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, and related performance metrics.
• Search-term, bidding, recommendation, and diagnostic information.
• Google Ads customer IDs, resource IDs, and account configuration information.

This information is used only for Manarah Academy’s internal advertising, reporting, campaign creation, campaign management, and optimization. Access is limited to authorized Manarah Academy personnel and approved contractors.

Google Ads API credentials and service-account credentials are stored in a secure credential environment. They are not intentionally displayed in public content, ordinary chat messages, or application logs. Google Ads data is not sold or offered as a service to unrelated advertisers.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
